Warranty period: Please note that warranty service cannot be provided without a valid purchasing record. If service is required, despite this, the customer must bear the costs. Procedure: After recording your service request, you will receive a confirmation from us with an RMA number. You must then securely package the defective appliance for delivery and send it to us at your expense. The customer is responsible for the costs for checking and shipping for defects that are not covered by the warranty (warranty exclusions) or for which defects could not be determined.
