Warranty conditions Lingo Europe

Warranty period:
The warranty for the appliance is guaranteed for 24 months (12 months for Switzerland) from the purchasing date. The warranty for other accessories, such as cables, batteries, etc. is guaranteed for 6 month from the purchasing date.

Please note that warranty service cannot be provided without a valid purchasing record. If service is required, despite this, the customer must bear the costs.

After recording your service request, you will receive a confirmation from us with an RMA number. You must then securely package the defective appliance for delivery and send it to us at your expense.

The customer is responsible for the costs for checking and shipping for defects that are not covered by the warranty (warranty exclusions) or for which defects could not be determined.

Warranty exclusions:
Loss and direct or indirect damages are excluded from the warranty. This also includes damages due to unintended use of the product, in the event of fire, lightning strike, force majeure, storms, humidity, dust,  power surges, incorrect installation and improper use or unauthorized modification and/or repairs by an unqualified person/company.
